Anecdotes
Your narrative essay will tell a story, an anecdote. You've read a number of examples of these types of anecdotes-- stories that draw from personal experience. These anecdotes have conflict, and some resolution of that conflict. They use descriptive writing techniques including showing language and dialogue.
What are some of your stories-- what anecdotes do you have to use as possible storylines (that you can embellish)? List 6 anecdotes.
Take 10-15 minutes and for this discussion.
